Introduction

Peacemakers' Peer Mediation training workshops are customised courses in effective dispute resolution for youth. We teach individuals concepts and skills for preventing, managing, and resolving conflicts non‐violently. These include life skills, "win‐win" negotiation strategies, mediation skills, and violence prevention strategies. Our programmes aim to help students, teachers, administrators, and parents resolve conflicts effectively.
